1. General Information

N.A STUDIO is an Egyptian-based fashion brand offering apparel and accessories through our online store, shipping locally and internationally.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the legal age required to make purchases in your country of residence, or that you are using the website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you accept these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • Prices are listed and charged in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • At payment you may choose to view the amount converted into another currency for reference. Your card will always be charged in EGP. Any converted amount shown is an estimate only.
  • If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may charge foreign transaction fees. These are outside our control, and the final amount debited may differ slightly from the estimate shown.
  • Product images are for illustration. Colours may appear differently on screen and slight variations in measurements may occur. Some pieces are handmade or hand-finished, and small variations are part of the character of the product rather than a fault.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and product details without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

  • A binding contract is formed once your payment has been successfully completed at checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Apple Pay (where available) and mobile wallets. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — you will be redirected to their secure page to complete the payment.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time the order is placed. We do not store your card details.
  • Even after a contract has been formed, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund in case of pricing or system errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, incorrect customer details, or an address we cannot ship to.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Cairo time) are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays and customs processing.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.
  • Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider. We will still do our best to assist with any delivery issue.
  • Delivery zones, rates and current estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • The recipient is responsible for all such charges. We cannot estimate them in advance, as they vary by destination country.
  • Depending on your country, the courier may request payment before delivery, or deliver first and invoice you afterwards, often with an additional advance-payment fee.
  • You are responsible for completing any customs formalities requested by the courier or customs authorities. Shipments held pending customs requirements are not considered lost.
  • If customs charges are refused or requirements are not completed, the shipment may be delayed, returned or abandoned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return or storage charges may be deducted from your refund.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are available for orders delivered within Egypt only. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For orders delivered within Egypt, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Swimwear, earrings, customised items and items damaged through use or improper care cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items can be exchanged but are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
  • Carrier-calculated return shipping fees are deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International customers: while orders cannot be returned or exchanged, we will always resolve items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect — see section 7.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at info@nastudioofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper washing or care, or alterations made after delivery.

8. Showroom Appointments

Showroom visits, fittings and private appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel or refuse an appointment where necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in advance.

Products purchased in the showroom are subject to the same product, payment, return and exchange terms as online purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

9. Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid for the stated period and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw a code at any time, and to cancel orders where a code has been used fraudulently or outside its conditions.10. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not provide false or fraudulent information, interfere with the security or operation of the website, attempt to access private areas or customer data, or misuse our images, designs, branding or content.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access if we believe a customer has misused our website or violated these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and our brand channels — including the N.A STUDIO name and logo, product designs, photography, video and text — is owned by or licensed to N.A STUDIO. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier and customs delays, strikes, natural events, technical failures and payment provider issues.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
